Janet Dowling
A storyteller from the fireside tradition, Janet has a special interest in personal and traditional storytelling in loss and bereavement as well as resilience and self-esteem, working with story for both performance and community development. She has written two books – Surrey Folk Tales and Devon Ghost Tales. The latter won the 2020 Storytelling World Resource Award for a collection of folk tales.
